Welcome to ANASTASIA APARTMENTS,

LOCATION

 

ANASTASIA APARTMENTS complex is situated 13 kilometres, west of Corfu Town, at the base of the traditional village “Vatos”, one kilometre (1kmtr) from the “Hermones” beach, next to the CORFU GOLF CLUB.

Alongside the village “Pelekas”, with its wonderful sunsets and the Adriatic Sea lapping on the beautiful beaches of “Glyfada”, “Kontogialos”, “Gialiskari” and “Mirtiotissa”.
With our location as a base, visit the town of Corfu (13kmtrs), The Theme Water Park “Aqua Land” (7kmtrs), famous “Palaiokastritsa” and “Angelokastro”, or stay behind, and go hang-gliding, fishing and SCUBA diving, horse riding or play Golf.
Our ideal location (Centre of the island and to the west) allows you to carry out daily excursions, visit the whole island (The longest distance is about 40kmtrs) and discover its hidden beauties.

Our complex is composed of:

    They include a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom

  • 6 apartments (4 beds)*
    They include a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

*Each bedroom can have a bed added by request.

 

It’s consisted of a two-story building, with a view of the GOLF CLUB and the “Ropa Valley”, surrounded by gardens and courtyards at the front and back, full of vines, at a distance of 100 metres from the GOLF CLUB and 1 kilometre from the popular beach of “Hermones”. It is fully furnished, and has:

  • Kitchen equipment (Refrigerator – Oven – Stove plates) and kitchen utensils.

  • Hot Water

  • Balconies with a view

  • Air Conditioning

  • Outside Parking space.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

30% deposit at the time of reservation and settlement at least 7 days pre to arrival.
For last minute bookings, full settlement at the time of reservation.
